Kent and Surrey are in easy reach and THE Gundog Trainer can help and advise you with all aspects of the selection and training of your gundog. THE Gundog Trainer trains pet dogs as well as working dogs. If a dog is capable of being trained, I will train it.

THE Gundog Trainer is a full time professional trainer and has been training Gundogs for over 20 years. The Gundog Trainer trains dogs from puppy right though to Open Field Trial standard. THE Gundog Trainer can and does train complete newcomers as well as experienced handlers and owners. THE Gundog Trainer will take on what others are afraid to attempt or lack the ability to deliver. Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Home Counties

Training withTHE Gundog Trainer

Training with THE Gundog Trainer begins with a one to one lesson where he assesses you and your dog(s). The lesson is informal, conducted at one of our training grounds and typically lasts between one and two hours.

 

During this session, THE Gundog Trainer will ask about you, your dog and your expectations.

 

If all you want is simple obedience, attendance at some of the basic or puppy group classes may satisfy your requirements, alternatively, your dog may be older or more advanced and you may have additional requirements, in which case, attendance at one of the intermediate classes will be advised.

 

If however, you and your dog are already well advanced, then you may be able to join the advanced classes or possibly the Working Test Training Classes very rapidly.

 

Our advanced classes are however, just that, and it can come as a surprise to people who have trained elsewhere, just how much work is necessary to bring themselves and their dogs up to the standard we achieve as a matter of routine.

 

There is a reason why we have achieved OVER 150 WINS and HIGH PLACINGS in Working Tests and Field Trials :-
